Does high blood pressure cause head problems?

It can: High blood pressure can cause headaches, dizziness, cloudy thinking, and in worst case can lead to stroke. If you have high blood pressure, be sure to follow up with your primary care physician to manage it with meds and lifestyle recommendations.

Depends upon: What you mean by head problems. High blood pressure, not controlled, can cause headaches, blindness, and even strokes and death. Is that enough problems to stimulate you to take better control of your blood pressure? By the way, hctz (hydrochlorothiazide) can increase your risks of diabetes and cholesterol abnormalities. There are other better blood pressure medications available.
