Try an orthotic.: You can try an over the counter one or visit a podiatrist for a custom made device.

See your podiatrist: If your foot arch collapsed suddenly, than you probably tore(ruptured) one of the tendons that hold up your arch. This may need surgery to fix. If on the other hand, this has been an ongoing slow developing problem, than arch supports(orthotics) or surgery becomes the treatment of choice. Please see your podiatrist, especially if this is an acute conditon.

Az brace: Assuming it is unilateral it is related to post tibial tendon dysfunction and requires an AFO the best of which is an arizona brace.
