Therapist: I guess each one of us has to overcome our fear of death in one way or another. If this has you preoccupied and is interfering with your life then i would recommend seeing a therapist as that may be the best long-term answer for you. Your doctor may be able to get you connected with right therapist if necessary.

The unknown: From my experience when people have a fear of death, it's a fear of the unknown. It sounds like you continue to search spiritually and that probably plays a factor into your anxiety. I'd bet that once you feel strongly about your view of the universe and where you stand spiritually that you'll be more at peace with the concept of death and what it means for you.
