Not really: "spider veins" are extremely common in women, especially after pregnancy (combination of hormonal changes and venous pressure stress). There is no pill or supplement you can take that will make them go away. They can be treated by surface therapies such as injection sclerotherapy.

Yes: Sv can be treated with sclerotherapy using detergents such as polidocanol, sotradecol; and glycerin. It would be helpful to see a phlebologist (go to www.Phlebology.Org to find one in your zip code area) who can help identify whether you have venous insufficiency which can aggravate sv, and who can treat you appropriately.

No pills: Dr. Isobe's answer is absolutely on target, but if you are looking for a pill or cream, there is nothing available that will help.

Unrealistic.: The cause of varicose veins and, frequently, a contributing factor to spider veins is a malfunction of the valves of the saphenous system of veins or other significant veins. Added to this are genetics, pregnancies, aging, sun exposure and trauma. So it seems unrealistic to think that taking a pill will reverse all of this. If you have a vein problem, see a vein specialist.
