9 year every day drinking history (quit 50 days ago). us showed normal sized homogenous liver. ast 9. alt 15. plt 340. albumin 4.9. 8 spider angiomas although some present since pregnancy. others small and i just noticed them. cirrhosis likely?

Alcohol and liver: With you history some degree of cirrhosis is likely, but it probably is not severe based on your lab test. I recommend obtaining a liver ultrasound, the best way to assess the liver. A live CAT scan can also be helpful, but if you stop drinking I don't think you need a major workup at this point.
