Possibly: There is a high probability of you being pregnant. I would get a pregnancy test. If you are not pregnant, there other possibilities. Meg syndrome from ovarian tumor where you get ascites( fluid in your abdomen) or cirrhosis of the liver with portal hypertension. In this disease , your liver fails , backs up pressure, and fluid in your abdomen.
