Hard to say: Unsure of cause. Change in vaginal discharge is not likely due to fluoxetine. Although Floxetine is used to treat anxiety disorders, it can sometimes cause anxiety. A hormonal irregularity might cause anxious mood and change in vaginal secretions. Can't make any definitive comments without evaluation.
