Can anybody tell me about this antidepressants? its called fluoxetine hcl 20 mg, what are the pros and cons?

Prozac (fluoxetine): Fluoxetine is the generic name of prozac (fluoxetine). 20mg is half the average dose for treatment of depression and anxiety. It's effective, just once a day dosing, no withdrawal symptoms if you go off it. Common short term side effects include mild nausea and headaches, which go away after ~week, long term side effects include possible increased appetite, weight gain, and decreased libido.
