Organic whole foods: There is growing evidence that a wide variety of common environmental toxins such as pesticides can reduce fertility & sperm quality.I advise a diet of organic whole foods emphasizing fruits & vegies. Dairy from grass-fed cows, grass-fed beef (if you eat it), organic eggs, only wild fish low in mercury. Avoid gmo foods, fried foods, trans fats. While not proven, this can only help improve fertility.
