Zoloft (sertraline) and motility: Gastroparesis is such a severe condition that anything and everything that can be tried to help should be; with that said zoloft (sertraline) seems to have effect on motility in individiauls. If you can handle going off the med after a discussion with your dr you should give it a try to see if it helps - even a little bit good luck!
