Another test: Generally speaking he should have 1 or 2 more semenanalysis first to see if there is a pattern. Next if there is a pattern of abnormalities need to see urologist for exam. Low motility and decreased numbers may indicate a varicicele but other issues also can be present. He may also need blood tests for testosterone, LH, and FSH
