Maybe, but: Sure it's possible, but unless you mean very low, the embryo quality is more important than sperm numbers alone.

Yes: Any abnormality in the sperm can contribute to a failure to achieve pregnancy. Motility generally must be very severe to suspect that as a cause. The embryo quality is a product of both the egg and sperm so both contribute top the quality of an embryo.
