No way to say: There is no way to know how long. I am sure you will get serial brain scans to quantify the rate of growth.

Depends: Brain dysfunction will be determined by the amount of pressure placed on the area. This will depend upon the growth rate of the underlying brain tumor. The only way to know this is to obtain serial imaging studies and measure the lesion over time.
