I suffered from deja vue temporal lobe seizures for 15 ys before being diagnosed with a brain tumour. it turned out to be an astrocytoma gr ll. i'm seizure free for 8 years. l take lamotrigine 100-100 mg. is there any chance to become medicine free?

Need EEG: You need to see your neurologist, and get evaluated for stopping the Lamotrigine. Als o if OK to stop then will need to know if it can be stopped cold turkey, or needs to be tapered off.

Brain tumor: Your neurosurgeon is best qualified to answer your question. He/she has access to your test results (EEG,etc) and knows your current findings and symptoms. It appears that you have received excellent care and are doing very well in your current regimen.
