Talk to surgeon: If this developed suddenly and was not present after his surgery, please call his surgeon right away or take him to an emergency room. If this is how he's been behaving since the surgery, then you need to talk to his doctor about this and get an explanation.

Brain: It is likely that from excising the tumor he has had some damage to certain areas of the brain. The speech center can be broken if areas conducting signals to the parietal lobe are compromised. In the tumor connected to the frontal lobe her can have disinhibition, agressiveness or odd behaviors. It is a very difficult situation to deal with. I wish him all the best.
