Primary and metastat: There are two types of primary brain tumor basically. Glioma are made of support cells of the brain and neuroma consisting of nerve cells. Both are found together in ganglioglioma which is a relatively rare tumor. Gliomas are more common. Metastatic tumors from breast cancer or ovarian cancer is more common in older age groups. Older patients may have a more aggressive and malignant form. Vascu.
