High Thyroglobin Lev: Your doctor ordered the test and must be suspecting thyroid disorder.Either you have a throid goiter(enlarged thyroid) or an abnormal thyroid test.I agree the presence of antithyroid antibody high level will only confirm that you have a auto immune thyroid disorder and treatment depends on other tests and findings so make an appontment with your doctor or endocrinologist and follow up with him/her.
