Thyroid Antibodies: There is no way to effectively lower this. You should be seeing an endocrinologist for auto-immune thyroiditis treatment.

Thyroid hormone: You need to consult your doctor to test your thyroid function and be put on thyroid hormone replacement, if needed. Reducing antibody titer is not a useful approach and is not feasible, Wish you good health!
