Anxiety about life?: Gosh, this sounds painful. The best way to deal with it though, is to face it with the help of a good therapist. When anxious or depressed, it's easy to get limited by our own negative thinking; a therapist can help you explore what's distressing you, but provide another point of view. Therapy can also help you deal with the issues you discover, so that your life gets better. Good luck!

See Below: I"m sorry you're going through that. I agree with dr. Pappas. Also, try to identify things that you can control and things you cannot control. Work on things that you can control, and let go of things that you can't. Establish routines for yourself-- it helps make environment more predictable. Do relaxation, self-care, sleep hygiene. Find a therapist to help you guide through the process.
