You said it yourself: The important phrase is "deal with it". Hopefully, that is different than "suffer from it". Especially if you rely as much or (better yet) more on cbt psychotherapy than drugs to learn coping strategies and design your life choices to suit your style, it may be fine. You may still be a person who a more sensitive and reactive to change, stress, etc., but it doesn't have to hurt so much. Best 2u.

Depends on type: There are various types of clinical anxiety disorders ranging from panic disorder, general anxiety disorder, depression with anxiety are just to name a few. Some anxiety disorders are seen multigenerational. To best answer your question i would recommend seeing a psychiatrist in your area.

maybe not: I am not sure what you have tried therapeutically, but would recommend a psychologist trained in behavioral modification and biofeedback training which is sometimes very successful in dealing with most "anxiety disorders". Many will disagree, but I am not in favor of using anxiolytic medication alone, or even at all. They causes a false sense of security and can have significant adverse effects.
