Symptoms/exam: Strictures usually occur after procedures such as cystoscpoy or Foley catheters. Sometimes after recurrent infectionns too. Pts will find their urinary stream will be weak, takes longer to empty the bladder, feeling that you still have to go even after leaving the bathroom. Sometimes the stream in such pts is no longer a single stream but has two or three streams indicating scar is obstructing.
