Depends...: Its rx options range from urethral dilation to cutting under direct vision (visual internal urethrotomy), one-/two-stage open urethral repair (urethroplasty) with or without graft, self-dilation, stent (now, a history), etc. Note: all these carry no cure and guaranty, and require a close f/u to keep it open; so, patient needs to be aware of such. At times, stricture may recur 15 yrs after surgery.
