At age 13-14, is it possible to get an eating disorder?

Absolutely: Eating disorders typically begin in adolescence or early adulthood. Anorexia and bulimia rarely begin before the age of puberty and approximately 90% of cases are diagnosed before the age of 20. The gender ratio is 10 to 1 female to male, and the onset usually occurs following a stressful life event.
