Consider UAE/OAE: Having bulk symptoms after UFE suggests that there are some viable fibroids. This may b new fibroids (since UFE 10+ yrs ago) or collateral supply to fibroids from ovarian artery. U could undergo repeat angio looking at Uterine & Ovarian arteries & get embolization of either or both. This will take care of the problem forever since you're close to menopause. Need pelvic MRI with contrast 1st.
