NO diagnosis yet!!: Your puzzle is still not solved. You need to develop a few paragraphs of all your issues and sit down with your doctor to put the pieces together. Make sure you do not hide any pieces due to shame or embarrassment because the list will be long. I suspect you have a myofascial tissue syndrome with the long history of aches and pain. Ie fibromyalgia. Fm is the most misunderstood treatable ailment.
