I have a stiffness on my neck at the back, with a light but sharp pain going up through my eyes to the head. A bit exhausted but no sore throat, no loss of smell nor taste. Should I be worried?.
Have right eye drooping and nerve/head pain, fatigue, body aches. AchR was low positive and ANA positive. Doc says not myasthenia or MS as SFEMG, EMG, head MRI/MRA, thymoma scan and LEMS serology were ok. Second AchR was negative. What could it be?
