A member asked:

Can multi-vitamin supplements be hazardous?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Most are harmless: Our body will usually eliminate any vitamin excess daily in the urine or poo. Exceptions are vitamins a, d & e which can store in the fat of our body & may be associated with overload symptoms. These vitamins are usually in tolerable amounts in most supplements & don't become a problem. You should discuss these with your dr.
