Few, Food Better: Vitamins is a big market, very inexpensive, derived from all sorts of otherwise food waste ; non food materials, big business, dependent on public ignorance/fear. Outside of vitamin d3 (not d), which I have found to be low for many people, or other specific deficiencies, possibly omega 3's from phytoplankton, best eat minimally processed foods from nature, avoid center isles with processed foods.
