Do you need them?: Different everyday? Like B12 one day & D the next? Probably no benefit even if you're proven deficient. In fact, many studies have failed to prove dramatic improvement in health from taking vitamins & supplements unless tests prove you need them. Best to eat healthy in first place rather than make up difference by popping pills. Don't forget to drink lots of water & exercise regularly.

Yes: It is not dangerous nor unhealthy to change the lineup for supplements you take daily, especially if you take a lot of them and have to split it up over a couple of days to get a regular schedule going. Some water soluble vitamins like B complex and C vitamins should be taken daily to get the maximal effect, while fat soluble vitamins -A, D, E, and K Can be taken less often and be ok
