Nothing that's: Hugely beneficial. Probably the most studied and controversial are glucosamine and chondroitin. Unfortunately, it seems like overall, the benefit of these supplements in osteoarthritis management appears marginal. They may help with pain for some and at least have limited risk profiles(as long as you aren't shellfish allergic).
