Yes! Niacineamide &: High doses of niacinamide (2000-4000 mg /day divided into 3-4 doses) were found to be very helpful for most with osteoarthritis back in the 1940's!see http://orthomolecular.Org/library/jom/1997/articles/1997-v12n04-p195.Shtml also consider vit. C, e & selenium. While not vitamins, glucosamine sulfate & boswellia also proven to help: http://tahomaclinicblog.Com/degenerative-arthritis-osteoarthritis/.

Nothing that's: Hugely beneficial. Probably the most studied and controversial are glucosamine and chondroitin. Unfortunately, it seems like overall, the benefit of these supplements in osteoarthritis management appears marginal. They may help with pain for some and at least have limited risk profiles(as long as you aren't shellfish allergic).
