My 2 month old has a slight fever, is still eating but not as much as normal, tylenol (acetaminophen) seems to be helping but should i still take her to a doctor?

Fever in infant: Watch her closely....Very closely. If she acts in any way different than what you are used to over the last 2 months or refuses to eat, cries nonstop or her fever goes higher, then get into the er. Infants can get dehydrated very quickly. If you are worried, in the least, don't hesitate, take her to see a doctor just to be safe.
