Yes: If you are not allergic to tylenol (acetaminophen) or Acetaminophen (generic name) or have other reasons not to take tylenol (acetaminophen), you should be able to take it. Tylenol (acetaminophen) and Ciprofloxacin do not have any know interactions, that I am aware of.
