Varied: Uterine perforation symptoms range from none to increased cramping , severe lower abdominal pain, heavy vaginal bleeding, fever, dizziness, faintng. If you are having any of the more severe symptoms, please contact your doctor. Also, asking your doctor if there were any surgical complications may be helpful.
