Hi doctor . i had a uterine perforation during hysteroscopy procedure about 2 months ago . i was wondering how long i have to wait until try to get pregnant ? and if there is risk of rupture of uterus if i become pregnant .

Uterine perforation: Sorry that this happened to you! If the perforation was during a hysteroscopy, it was probably with a small instrument - either the hysteroscope itself, or a dilator or curette, which are all small. That means that likely the perforation was very small. Waiting 3 months to get pregnant would be conservative and safe, and plenty of time for your uterus to heal.
