Probably not: This really depends on the cause, how large the perforation was, its location, and if there was any additional damage. A small central perforation would not itself be visible on ultrasound and it heals relatively quickly, so there will be no symptoms after a month unless something were left, like an IUD. A large and damaging perforation would likely cause significant symptoms much sooner than that
