What should i do to fight a rising psa without a prostate?

Frank talk: I am going to assume that you have had a prostatectomy for cancer and that your psa levels are now clearly well above baseline. The burning question is whether your cancer has recurred, if so, where, and what can be done to keep it at bay. False-positives do happen. Only your physician knows you well enough to guide the workup and discuss your choices -- which you have. Will be thinking of you.
