Why women out there can't lose weight despite healthy diet and exercise?

Different situations: Weight loss it s not as easy at it seems. If someone is morbid obese it is very difficult to exercise so burning calories it s almost impossible. Also lack of motivation is another reason. Healthy food is more expensive than junk food and requires time for cooking. If you want to loose 6 or 8 pounds this can be achieved with diet exercise and motivation. When you want to loose 50-60 pounds is hard.

Def not alone: It's much harder for women. You can see it on biggest loser. With diet it's scary how few calories we need. You might have to learn to count calories with weight watchers or lose-it app. I assume you've already cut down on sweets, starches and animal fat. Some moderate weightlifting can help your muscles burn more calories for you even while you sleep.
