None: There are no medications for bedsores. Wound care and avoiding pressure to the area are the best options. Wound care may include removal of dead tissue and the use of a vac dressing to promote healing. On occasion large sore may require a surgical flap to get the wound to heal. Adequate nutrition is essential to get wound healing. The best treatment is really prevention.
