Swollen feet: Your symptoms are worrisome because diabetics are very susceptible to feet infections and vascular disorders. You must be examined by a physician as soon as possible.

Diabetes and Swollen: Feet, Depending on how long you have had diabetes and how much in control the diabetes may have had during this time period, it may be Charcot's feet. Diabetics should be seen by a podiatrist regularly to screen for such abnormalities and find them early. The higher risk for feet complications the more often you should see your podiatrist, if you are suffering from a problem do not wait.
