How often should i be seeing the dentist?

At least 2x annually: Your dental insurance allows 2 cleanings and exams per year, so you should take advantage of that. I recommend prophy/cleanings 3-4 times annually, but 2 exams per year is adequate. Of course, if you have any conditions or questions that were not answered or diagnosed, you should see your dentist for that.

Depends: Dentist will recommend 3, 4, 6 month (sometimes even sooner or longer) check ups depending on the health staus of your mouth. Have a thorough dental exam and ask your doc what schedule he/she recommends.
