How can i avoid getting cramps while running? i'm pretty sure i am getting enough hydration?

Slow your pace: If you have just started running you need to increase your distance slowly and slow your pace until your muscles can get acclimated to the increase activity. If you have been running a long time and this still happens you may need to seek medical attention to check for circulation problems.
