I get a lot of calf cramps in my right leg post exercise. i stay hydrated and eat healthy, warm up and stretch after. tips on prevention?

Cramps: This is could be a potassium deficiency. Eat potassium rich foods (bananas, tomatoes, cantaloupe) after the workout and see if it helps. Other possibilities include increased Lactic Acid build up from excessive exercise or simply fatigue. In either case you would need to back down your exercise and very gradually build it back up to the current level over time.

Calf cramps: More hydration, more pre & post stretching/cool down. Also consider natural potassium supplement via oranges & bananas.
