Maybe,not so simple.: There is a lot to consider when running, especially at elevation. Things like training, fatigue, shoes humidity, partial pressures of ambient gases, medications and shoe gear to name a few. You would be better served consulting with a sports medicine specialist, preferably one who also runs.
