Depends: Recovery can vary depending on your surgeon and technique used. It can be very simple without packing and minimal pain with an in office balloon sinuplasty. With endoscopic sinus surgery it can mean a few days of discomfort and some packing for a day or so. I do minimally invasive image guided sinus surgery and balloon sinuplasty and my patients are amazed at how quick and easy the recovery is.
