A member asked:

Is hep a more contagious than hiv virus?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Comparison?: The two diseases are transmitted very differently. Hep a by the fecal-oral route and HIV only by very intimate contact through blood, semen, other body secretions directly. Impossible to quantify comparatively.
