No, not possible. Anyway, even seemingly typical HIV symptoms almost never are due to HIV. Innumerable other medical conditions cause exactly the same symptoms. And the notion of rare HIV strains that do not test positive is an urban myth. I suggest you cease all online research on the topic. It's mostly BS; such strains are virtually absent in the US (and rare everywhere).
