More food: Often, people are surprised that when they eat more often, they are less hungry. Eating foods which are high in calories raises one's level of insulin. When it stays up, you stay hungry, like with chinese food, you are hungry an hour later because of all the starch. So, eating food that is less calorically dense, like fruits and vegetables every few hours decreases cravings.
