Eat healthy: Alternatives. Try snacking on carrots, celery, pickles, cherry tomatoes, fruits. Even pretzels can help since it's hard to eat too many pretzels! if you fill yourself on healthier snacks it will be easier to fight the junk food cravings. Exercise since it may reduce your appetite and make u more resolved to eat well.

Suggest OA ; LoseIt: Unless taking lithium, zyprexa, (olanzapine) remeron, prozac, or another medicine that may be increasing appetite ; craving for food, i expect you may benefit most from a group program like overeaters anonymous (oa), weight watchers, ginny craig, or something similar. In my experience "loseit" app can be very helpful, especially with group use of the premier version. Good hydration ; exercise also important.
