Don't smoke: I am not aware of any lung cancer fighting foods. Green tea has been studied in melanoma. It has been suggested that turmeric may have some preventive effects in breast cancer. The best way to prevent lung cancer is don't smoke. Hope this helps.

Really none: There are really no evidenced based foods that are proven to prevent lung cancer. The best way to prevent lung cancer is to not to smoke. For high risk individuals (age >55, former or current smoker), lung cancer screening with low dose cat scan of the chest has shown to increase survival. For more info: http://bit.Ly/ygfoko.
