Consult your doc and a nutritionist. Desired weight is determined by how tall you are and your muscle mass. If you starve for 40 days you loose a significant amounts muscle mass where you should focus on loosing fat. Finding out hot to eat well and avoid gain would serve you better in the long term.

Not eating any thing for 40 days is not good for your health. You need to both reduce your intake of food and increase physical activity. Joining a support group may be helpful, as would be consulting a nutritionist. Wish you good health!
